Position Title: INFORMATION SECURITY - CONSULTANT (2 Positions)

INFORMATION SECURITY - CONSULTANT
ITGC and SD Remediation, current Windows & Novell provisioning staff of 1
will require an additional resource to assist in order to help processing of
ISR and remedy tickets. Also, help to support 24x7. Resource needed
through the end of November.
skill: Mid-level (3-7 yrs)
skills:
5 years systems engineering and administration experience
with large scale systems in a Windows(AD) and Novell(NDS) environment.
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
Strong experience with Active Directory, eDirectory, and
LDAP.
Strong experience with scripting languages, specifically
vbscript.
Strong experience with Windows and Novell security hardening
techniques.
Strong understanding of SSL, Internet (SMTP, DHCP, DNS) and
other networking protocols.
Knowledge of firewalls and load balancing.
Basic experience with administration of UNIX, Sybase,
Oracle, or Mainframe.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills, paying strong
attention to detail.
Professional and responsible attitude with the ability to
work without supervision.
Experience using Microsoft Office Products, including Visio,
Project, and PowerPoint.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for the
current Windows(AD) and Novell(NDS) servers and accounts.
Able to work a semi-flexible work schedule to implement
system changes and react to system issues during off-hours periods.
Handle other duties as assigned.
IS UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR to help with
processing ISR backlog tickets to bring it under control for SD remediation.
