Position Summary: Architect and implement new functionality employing the Agile methodology for our clients companywide website using Java, Struts, Ajax, Hibernate, Javascript, HTML, Eclipse, SQL, & Weblogic running on Sun Solarix UNIX servers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Interact with the business to develop & refine requirements, document and present functional and technical designs, explore technical alternatives, development, execution of appropriate protocols and adherance to standards. Expected Deliverables: Conceptual Approach Documentation and Effort Estimates Requirements & Design Documentation Coding & Testing Implementation Documentation Mentoring of less experienced team members. Supervisory Responsibilities: Possible technical leadership.
