Must have* Mortgage* experience *Job Description:* ** - This project, Solution *Planning and Analysis*, is a preliminary effort in execution of a *Multifamily Roadmap* (a multi-year transformation of multifamily business processes and technology infrastructure). - *Multifamily lending Subject Matter Experts* are needed to bring external perspective to the *Business Process Analysis* work stream. - The review will include a high-level mapping of current and future state processes with the purpose of identifying ways to streamline the business, including recommendations for re-design and/or outsourcing opportunities. - The consultant will work with the team by providing significant input into the future state process design and by providing suggestions for viable outsourcing alternatives. - The successful candidate will have *10+ years* of *functional* and/or *consulting experience* in the *Multifamily lending industry*, and specifically must have experience working with a *GSE*, *commercial lender*, and/or * outsourcer*. - He/she must be familiar with industry best practices in processes, outsourcing in the commercial multifamily arena, and software applications employed in the industry. - Knowledge of the *loan process* from initiation through close-out and securitization is required.
