Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Senior Technical Analyst

Responsibilities include:

*       Management of various internal ECM related projects 
*       Supervision of internal/external technical resources with operation
and development focus 
*       Coordination of operational activities around various supported
ECM/BCS platforms 
*       Requirements gathering, preparation of specifications, RFP's and
other technology documents 
*       Tracking of timelines, milestones and budgets 
*       Interfacing with internal customers and managing expectations 
*       Providing technical support 

Candidates should have the following experience:

*       5-8 years of overall ECM experience 
*       Strong working knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and
BCS (Basic Content Management) suites is required with preference to EMC
Documentum and Microsoft SharePoint 
*       Extensive knowledge of programming methodologies and development
life cycles 
*       3-5 years experience managing software technology projects (both
package and custom developed systems) 
*       Experience in assessing business needs and selecting the right
analytic 
approach for the problem at hand 
*       Knowledge of information design concepts and taxonomy development 
*       Experience gathering requirements and developing process maps 
*       Experience in preparing and delivering business process and
requirements workshops 
*       Experience in estimating effort for all areas of the SDLC 
*       Experience and knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP regulated
applications 
*       Deep knowledge of Enterprise Content Management best practices 
*       Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
*       Must be experienced in all areas of cradle to grave content
management 
lifecycles 
*       Experience evaluating, piloting, selecting, deploying and supporting

diverse ECM vendor technologies including records management, document 
management, collaboration, work flow, imaging, etc. 
*       Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to non-technical
audience 
*       Strong training and presentation skills in individual and group
settings 
*       Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills 
*       Team oriented with a track record of excellence in internal and
external 
customer service 
*       Proven ability to effectively multitask with strong attention to
detail 
*       Proficiency with MS Office suite and inter/intranet technologies 
*       Experience with Computer Systems Validation in a regulated
pharmaceutical environment is desirable 

This position will require:

*       Interaction with key business constituents, application and
infrastructure teams 
*       Initiating, building and maintaining relationships with key ECM
infrastructure and development vendors 
*       Ability to deliver in an environment of competing priorities and 
changing project scope 
*       Attention to detail and excellent customer service to ECM
