Location: RTP, NC Corp Corp: $60 per hour Location: 6 months Do not miss out on this opportunity! -A subject matter expert in the Windows technical domain -Help local hardware engineers and remote server provisioning engineers to resolve build issues -On exception basis, provide troubleshooting support to these engineers while coordinating with cabling resources, networks, storage, and racking & stacking -Establish detailed provisioning build standards on our product offering which should be designed to meet 80% of our requests such as how clustering is done, how network configurations should be performed, etc. -For the 20% that isn't met by the standard offerings, work within provisioning to support those customized solutions Skills and Experience 6+ years IT infrastructure experience in industry Technology track Strong communications skills Delivery and customer focused Experience with being part of an on-call, shift-based, weeknight and weekend rotas Understanding of change management practices Ability to manage own workload and work independently Thinks out of the box Creative and solution oriented Desirable UNIX/Linux Operating systems Server capacity management Platespin SQL Server Thanks & regards.......?
