Must have great communication skills Must be able to work in a fast paced environment* *(If they have ETL experience the tool is Datastage) Individuals must be able to function in a highly dynamic environment where the business constantly changes and processes / procedures are not 100% defined. Individuals must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly switch gears to high priority items as they arise. Individuals must be able to be proactively chase down missing details with both business and IT personnel when requirements are not clear and operate with minimal supervision.
