Description:
A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle
SAP R/3 implementation and 5+ years of industry and/or public sector consulting
experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience implementing SAP Human Resources OM/PA modules
• Team Lead for Core SAP HR modules
• Assist in analyzing As-Is business processes
• Conduct and demonstrate leadership in Business Blueprint Workshops
• Develop To-Be Process Flows
• Document future State HR/Payroll Design in Blueprint documentation
• Knowledge transfer to State HR/Payroll Project Team Members
• Escalate issues to Project Management in a timely manner
• Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for
clients as a Team Lead
• A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems
requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support
procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple
deadlines.
• Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on
opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
