*1 Year+* * * *Responsibilities:*** - Primary role will be supporting the front office personnel's *(including Energy Traders) *needs relative to the ZaiNet energy trading application. - Perform standard support functions with ZaiNet (i.e. user queries, access setup, etc.) *NOTE: *This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys operational routine work but who can do some development work as needed, and thrives in supporting a fast-paced Energy Trading environment. *Required Skills:* - *ETRM Experience (Energy Trading and Retail Management)* - Trade Entry experience in the energy markets. - Knowledge of ZaiNet application a huge plus. - Excellent *SQL skills* – the candidate will retrieve information from an Oracle database. - Ability to work with front office (fast moving, demanding) – requires *strong communication skills*, tact, and an ability to think fast. - Knowledge of TOAD a plus. - Testing/QA knowledge and experience a definite plus (Mercury Quality Center experience would be ideal). Will support energy trading desk app Zainet. Routine operation work + some dev. ETRM exp + Zainet a huge plus.
