**Purpose of the role - How it adds value**
*Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:*
*Project Manager for Development of RDP-Bancware feed. *
*(RDP is a central repository of bank financial data that will be providing
a feed of data to the Economic capital team to replace their feed(s) from
other data sources with the new standard source.)*
*PM will be responsible for working with Bancware/EC, and RDP teams to
review and finalize requirements, and to develop a project plan to meet
these requirements. This will entail developing an understanding of the
target requirements, as well as the RDP; working with the teams to identify
potential alternatives to meet requirements, taking into account functional
priorities, technical limitations and concerns, budget constraints, and
timing constraints; and working with the teams to broker an appropriate
resolution. The PM will then be responsible for successful execution to
the plan, coordinating the effort of the development team.*
*Responsibility for additional projects (feeds to other applications) are to
be assumed*
