Job Family Description:
Responsible for the orderly movement of software from development through
user acceptance testing into production. Responsible for application
packaging in the NT environment to enhance the integrity of the software
promotion process.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities: - Ensure the overall success of GCA projects
- Engage the other resources within Technical Operations
- Review BRD, Architectural Concept, and Scope Docs
- Refine resource estimates +/-50%
- Create high level project plan
- GTI engagement
- Hardware/software quotes if needed
- Contributor to Dev, Integ, QA, and Perf Env Mgr decisions
- Validate Network Diagram
- Contribute to GTI requirements
- Contribute to monitoring requirements
- Test Plan reviews
- Coordinate build out of non-prod environments
- EPM Defect/Issue management, resolution, and reporting
- Support perf tests and capacity analysis
- Coordinate updates for OPB books
- Coordinate updates for DR (TRAP) plan
- Coordinate updates for Implementation Plan Tasks
- Ensure Turnover process for production support
- Go-Live
- Verify processes and design are working in production
- Document Lessons Learned
