KRG Technologies is a leading application development company specialized in .Net Technologies. KRG is currently looking for a Senior SQL DBA for one of their projects. The scope of the project is to re-engineer from SQL 2000 to SQL 2008. Title: SQL DBA 2000/2005/2008 (Immediate Requirement) Duration: 3 Plus Months(extendable) Location: Los Angeles, CA The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with a team and excel in a fast-paced, client intensive environment. • Participate in the design meetings, understand the requirements , document the same. • Design, Create ,enhance, review and execute DTS Packages, Tables, Views, Stored Procedures and Triggers in SQL 2008 Enterprise Edition Environment. • Ability to cluster Database in SQL Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 environment. • Ability to write complex migration procedures. Requirements: • At least 7 years experience, out of which at least 3 year experience in Database Design and DBA. • Verifiable experience in designing at least 3 enterprise level database application (Over 500 tables). • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven track record of timely project completion. • BS or MS is highly desirable. • Microsoft SQL DBA Certification Is mandatory. • Programming background is highly desirable to understand the complexity of the Application. • Must be billing to work additional hours as and when required If you are interested to take this opportunity please let us inform your expectation on hourly rate, date of availability, visa status and relocation details to [EMAIL PROTECTED] ASAP.
