*Technical Qualifications:*
- Strong experience in Unix systems administration specifically *Redhat
Enterprise.*
- Solid scripting skills in* shell. Perl is a plus* .
- Proven technical troubleshooting and performance tuning experience
in a multi platform Unix environment .
- Basic Project management skills with experience in successfully
leading short projects involving outside teams.
- Good understanding of IP networking and OSI layer architecture.
- Experience in building large scale, high availability, load
balancing, clustering and end to end software solution.
- Expertise in *Virtualization (VMware or Xen)* is must.
*General Qualifications:*
- MINIMUM 7+ years of experience in large (Enterprise Level) Open Source
environment.
- Relevant academic qualifications.
- Required relevant certifications such as* Redhat Linux (Must) and
Solaris (plus).*
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Flexible.
