Loc: Atlanta, Duration : 12 months, Rate : DOE, SAS Architect position
Systems Analyst II: A SAS Architect is needed to support the Coordinating Center for Infectious Diseases surveillance programs and Informatics Technology public health project for the HIV/AIDS data processing project. This is a four-month assignment to make recommendations for an architected solution, associated timelines and identification of resource needs. Required Skills: · Proven experience and domain expertise in architecting and implementing SAS BI Solutions using Microsoft SQL Server. · Proven experience in architecting SAS solutions on high volume data is a must. · Advanced experience in SAS programming including SAS BASE, STAT, ACCESS Engines (Oracle, SQL Server, ODBC, OLE, DB2),SPDS. Knowledge of SAS Data Integration Studio (DIS), SAS Management Console is desired · Proven experience in providing technical solutions, leading developers and working with project management and stakeholders. Must work well within a team environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). Excellent analytical skills, business writing, and presentation skills Additional Desired Skills/Pluses: · MS SQL Database and Language. · SAS/SAS DIS. · IBM Rational Product Suite.
