Key Responsibilities
- Designing and developing in Java and Sun IDM Xpress scripting language
- Configuring Workflows and Rules
- Contributing to overall team direction and practices
- Provide timely service integration with business unit applications or
infrastructure services.
- Provide direction to continually improve the enterprise security
services.
- Follow AA's SDLC standards on projects to deliver the security
services.
- Ensuring services are compliant with all applicable requirements (PCI,
SOX).
Skills Required
- Previous experience with CA's SiteMinder products.
- Previous experience with Sun's Identity Management suite of products.
- Experience with PCI and SOX compliance.
- Knowledge of security technologies, standards, best practices, issues
and real world experience in developing and deploying global security
solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities while maintaining
communication with various service customers.
- Ability to work effectively within a complex, global organization
- Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Demonstrates excellent analysis, collaboration and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
- Strong knowledge of JSP/Servlets
- Strong Java Skills
- Strong XML Skills
- Good Relational Database Skills
- Good HTML and Javascript Skills
- Experience with Object Oriented Design and UML
- Developed applications running in IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, or JBoss.
