*Location:* *Rochester,MN* *Please ensure candidates have all required skills.* * * *Required skills:** * Healthcare industry data modeling experience Star schema data modeling experience *Business Intelligence* The primary role of the Data Modeler is to take the design and technical specifications and develop data models that meet the business and technical requirements. * * *Responsibilities:* 1. *Collaborates with Business Analyst, Data Stewards, and Subject Matter Experts to gather detailed requirements.* 2. *Collaborates with Business Analyst to resolve gaps in technical specifications and ensuring these decisions are documented.* 3. *Creates, refines, or extends the enterprise data model within the scope of the business requirements by creating the business information, logical, and physical models with accompanying documentation in conformance with applicable data standards.* 4. *Performs analysis portion of the data profiling process.* 5. *Populates the target section of the source-to-target mapping document.* 6. *Conducts data model reviews.* 7. *Participates in ETL and database design reviews.* 8. *Supports the development and system test phases; identifies and remedies data model defects.* 9. *Helps build consensus around the data models with business representatives, data governance, and developers.* 10. *Proactive and diligent in identifying and communicating scope, design, and development issues and recommending potential solutions.* * * *Nice to have skills* Data Modeling Power Designer * * *Required skills: * *Thanks & Regards * *Mike G ** **InfoExperts Inc., *** 111.
