Successful candidate performs all technical Teamcenter implementation tasks. He or she will maintain applications using the Siemens Teamcenter Suite of Product Lifecycle Management tools which include Teamcenter Enterprise, Teamcenter Engineering, CAD Interfaces, Teamcenter Community, and eQube. He or she will perform initial installation of Teamcenter Suite of tools, subsequent product releases/patch upgrades, and configurations on both UNIX and PC platforms. Experience with implementing systems under Teamcenter Enterprise and Teamcenter Engineering 2005 or later is required. Experience with system infrastructure, distributed server platforms, bulk data replication, server/client administration/installation/configurations, CAD Interface using Catia and Unigraphics connectors, JT Translation, 2 and 4 Tier Teamcenter Engineering Rich Client, File Management System (FMS), Teamcenter Global Services Integration, and eQube Reporting is also required. Must be proficient in testing and troubleshooting Teamcenter related systems/application problems, gathering user requirements, performing business process analysis, workflow development in Teamcenter Enterprise/Teamcenter Engineering, message access rules and permissions, LDAP integration, Portal integration, and general system administration. Will install WebSphere and/or Apache Tomcat application servers. Should have experience deploying application performance monitoring software tools. Work with Corporate infrastructure teams on system consolidation and integration. Work with Information Security to assure system compliance. Will work with Systems Engineering to maintain the System Architecture Document. Candidates must have a strong background in systems analysis in support of Engineering Design, Configuration, and Data Management in an Aerospace and Defense setting. Position requires a BA/BS plus 7 or more years' experience, of which 5 or more years of direct hands-on experience in Teamcenter administration, program standup, and implementation. Additional experience includes Oracle SQLPLUS, UNIX shell scripts, and Teamcenter utilities (objload/objdump/bulkload/bulkdump). Functional knowledge in Quality, Materials, Manufacturing as well as Engineering discipline is a plus.
