Familiarity with build systems like Ant and Maven and continuous integration systems like Hudson. Familiarity with web testing tools like selenium. "Agile Mindset" Sound knowledge of design patterns and ability to apply design patterns during coding. Knowledge of version control systems like SVN and version control best practices is a big plus. *Client: Jackson National Life Insurance* * * * They will do a phone interview and maybe an in person intv.* * Rate will be $50/hr* *Key factors:* J2EE: Sr. level - must be able to work on projects starting with partial knowledge and come up to speed quickly.
