Work Experience/Skills: Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Research and Development experience a plus. A bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry or a Life Science. 10+ years of experience in global enterprise technology environments. Prior technology vendor or consulting background in one or more of the following areas SAN, UNIX, Linux, Virtualization, Windows. Preferable knowledge of Service Delivery in an ITIL-framework based environment, with excellent process engineering and management abilities and or knowledge of FDA IQ/OQ infrastructure qualification Ability to manage across multiple work streams and initiatives globally; must handle conflicting work priorities according to business, technical, and financial need, excellent written and verbal communications skills.
