Here is the job description: Position: Oracle Forms 6i Programmer Location: Beavercreek, Ohio (suburb of Dayton); however, must be able to drive to Hebron KY, just south of Cincinnati, Ohio (near the Cincinnati Airport) to meet with the client and users on an infrequent basis. Est. Start Date: 9/1/2008 Est. Term: 3 - 6 months (possible extension) **** Local candidates preferred **** **** In-person interview required **** Required Skills: The technology is Oracle Forms 6i for Online, Oracle 7.x for the database, and HP Unix for OS. There may be an opportunity to interface to SAP; however, not certain. Role: The project is developing and implementing major and minor functional enhancements to a warehouse management system. O Oracle Forms 6i will be used O Minimum of 5 years of experience enhancing systems using Oracle Forms, where 50 or more Forms interact to form a system. The enhancements must be functional enhancements, not just technology upgrades. O Minimum of 5 years of SQL and PL/SQL experience. Must have experience with stored procedures and have developed or maintained more than 100 stored procedures. O Minimum of 6 months experience with UNIX scripts. Must have developed or maintained more than 25 scripts. O Must be able to plan own work and communicate with end user management on requirements, status and testing.
