Project Manager (Clarity) Project Manager. As a member of the of the Project Management Office team, provide training, support, coaching, consulting and mentoring for IT Project Managers. Also provides best practices, concepts, techniques, standards, processes and methodologies to help ensure quality project management throughout the project life cycle using CA Clarity. Manage software upgrade projects, coordinate and conduct upgrade testing, assist with project schedules and budgets, perform project assurance & compliance, variance review and metric reporting, etc. Prefer PMI Certificate or extensive Project Management experience using a formal structured methodology. Software Developer (asp.net) Software Developer. Supports CA Service Center application 24X7. Performs all daily routines, upgrades, resolves issues/problems, etc. Develops custom or modifies existing programs in a VB.NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server 2005/Express to enhance user functionality and ease of use. Defines requirements, codes, tests, debugs, documents and installs programs to support applications. Prepares or assists with requirement documents, test cases/scripts and coordination all project life cycle efforts. Prefer Call Center (package) implementation/support experience.
