* * *Please send the resumes who is local to SEATTLE,WA* *Network Engineer* *Location: *Seattle Area, WA Duration : 6 Months ** *Description: *Required Qualifications: 6+ years experience in a technical support position in a client/server environment Experience with Windows 2000 & 2003 Server Hands-on experience managing web sites running on Microsoft IIS, SharePoint Services Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Linux server support experience, preferably Red Hat On-Call support of production systems in a 24X7 eCommerce environment Familiarity with Server Load Balancing technologies such as f5 BigIP Experience with remote deployment and monitoring technologies Familiarity with SMTP, Exchange Server, or Sendmail Server Hardware knowledge, Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP Ability to work independently in all phases of systems analysis activities Experience with server virtualization and consolidation technologies Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Experience with web development lifecycle support Scripting skills (VBScript, Perl, etc) Experience with DNS Desired Qualifications: Experience in performance testing of distributed applications Relational Database Management Systems, such as MS SQL Server experience Working knowledge of non-Microsoft operating systems, such as Unix/Linux Experience with security organizations to conduct penetration testing and vulnerability scanning Experience with Disaster Recovery planning and Security Audit compliance Experience with SANs and Blade server technologies Specific Requirements – Candidate prescreening criteria At least 5 years supporting IIS and web server environments to include the following: 1. Management of public DNS records for hosted web sites and web applications. 2. Web server e-Mail communications; SMTP, mail relays and smarthost configuration and management and e-mail routing. 3. Name resolution, forward and reverse lookup, sequencing for domain name to IP address resolution. 4. Web site error troubleshooting, problem diagnosis for script and web application errors. 5. Web Infrastructure support from Internet point of presence, firewall NAT/PAT translation, web site IP alias configuration, web configuration file management, web server extension management and administration. 6. SSL certificate management, cert requests, cert processing, cert renewals, cert domain management for both public and private Certificate Authorities. 7. Web server load balancing management, VIP creation, host node management and configuration preferably with F5 Big IP installations. 8. Web site source control, server extension management, source control administration. 9. Web site security management and authentication at the file system and directory services authentication level. 10. Database connectivity support for web sites to include troubleshooting connectivity issues, establishing database connectivity from a web site or web application to the backend database. 11.
