They are migrating from Crystal Reports 10 to Crystal Reports XI. Ten experience is a must, xi is a plus. They are looking for someone who can do head down report writing. They are looking for someone who has been hands on, not a manger. They will be interacting with two other Programmers, but for the most part it will not be team work.
