The technical resource will have full access to the Test/Development/QA environments and inquiry only access to Production. *Project Description: *Provide data validation functions, i.e. Daily entity and account updates and data loads. Provide Level 2 Functional support resolution for 'data pulls and refreshes' Provide Level 2 Functional support assistance for end users having trouble creating or running reports Design, Construct & test application code as it relates to fixing defects.
