Please send suitable resume to [EMAIL PROTECTED]<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. *We are looking for a Test Lead Analyst for a 6+ month contract position in Minneapolis, MN.* *Program Management of Testing Activities: - Job Description* o Lead, plan and coordinate test activities o Estimate Test effort based on most current information available o Responsible for gathering test estimates with input from SME's o Develop Test Strategy o Develop Test Plan(s) o Works with key stakeholders, program management and team members to ensure the test strategy and methodology meets program critical success criteria: meets business requirements, timeliness, cost effectiveness, confidentiality, maintained privilege and acceptance of effective solutions to business needs. o Develop Test Schedule (MS Project Test Schedule – all testing tasks) o Coordinate Test Resources (People, environment, tools, data) o Manage Test Plan Execution o Report Status and Progress of execution o Track, resolve and/or escalate testing RAID items o Educate project teams as needed on testing methodology o Coordination with project management development team o First line of support for their project teams o Provide complete, accurate and timely communication with PM team, team members and PMLT to ensure understanding of program management protocol, quality test plan, status and issues. Communications will include formal project reporting and status meetings among others. * Required Skills:* ? Ability to develop unique test methodology that meet the specific needs of the project ?
