[USMA:8489] 1 calorie per 100 ml

I bought a 355 ml can of 7-up Light today.
On the side of the can was a small, 1 cm circle that said

"1 Calorie" and in small print beneath "Per 100 mL"

The small print on the side of the can said "CONTAINS (PER 100mL SERVING) : ENERGY: 
1Cal (3 kJ)..."

Does the US can have the same text or do they use (PER 3.5 fl.oz. SERVING)?
