Since the Steven Thoburn case will not take place until next January, what
does this mean for others not yet converted? Is there a moratorium on
further notices and seizures? Is there a status quo on further conversions
of scales by those not converted?
And, what is the status of conversion? It seems too quiet. Can someone
give us a report?
Now with scale conversion almost a thing of the past, is there anyone
working on the last step? That is to get the government to authorize road
sign conversion and to plan for it to become a reality within the next few
years?
