I've used Word 2000 the last couple years, and it works fine in millimeters
(or centimeters if you prefer). I crop graphics in mm, set tab-stops in mm,
set up page sizes in mm, etc. There are LOTS of things I object to about MS
Word, but being metric-unfriendly isn't one of them.
