result of an international collaborative effort that included the famous Dr
Mike O'Gramme, one of the heavyweights in the Dept of Nuclear Physics in
Trinity College Dublin, the emminent Dr Pascal Newton from Oxford (who
singlehandedly pressured the funding authorities and forced through the
appropriations needed for the work) and the independent researcher M Hector
Are, who was quite simply a man outstanding in his field.
