This is just a trick to get people to notice them. The number of visitors
to their "old" site must have dropped off significantly. In other words,
people don't care to hear their nonsense.
So, just come up what appears to be a new site, with a new name, and hope
people will come. But, once people read their tired old garbage, they will
stay away, except for the curious.
