This discussion was not about SI, but about the obsolete "technical" metric
system.  I should been more explicit.  For a body to be attracted to the
moon by a gravitational force of x kilograms.force it would need to have a
mass of only 0.16x kilograms.mass.  The kilogram.force is certainly not SI.
