I had not yet seen the metric milk containers in any other stores besides the 3 test stores. One day I was in a Wegmans which was being renovated and sure enough, there was a display (with a live demonstrator and free samples) promoting the metric milk (first time in that store). I called the Head Office. They did not say the milk was going chain wide but it seems as if the roll out will continue. I can only surmise that there has not been a significant outcry and that people are buying the containers in sufficient quantity to merit a continuation of the test market, if not an expansion. Oh, and the promotional display, which was touting the pourbility of the new container, was clear to indicate that the milk has the same unit cost as the comparable English size.
