2001-04-09 If Steven Thoburn is not appealing the verdict, it isn't because of family matters, it is because of the cost to him. Not counting the fine, the court appearances cost him 60 k�, a lot of change. If this goes the next step further, it will cost even more. Now, maybe it should!!!
