So far it looks like everyone sees HTML and text when I write something. I
'upgraded' to AOL 6.0 and apparently it comes with HTML as a non-optional
addition.
I looked through the mail preferences menu to see if there was a way to turn
it off (that is, to have mail in text only) but could not find it. If anyone
else out there familiar with AOL knows how please let me know.
Ironically, I get my own messages back only once. E-mail packages work funny
with each other sometimes -- two friends of mine send attachments that always
come as .zip files. I don't know if it's AOL versus some other e-mail
packages, or AOL vs. all of them.
In any case, I apologize to those who get this twice.
