I must also come in public defense of Han here, too. Again, I'm still trying to
figure out why Mr. Reid has also singled him out in such a fashion. Especially
considering how... 'quiet' he has been during this entire 'controversy' involving
Andy/Eddie/Bill/Jim/me.

And thanks, Han, for your kind words. I also would like to believe that I haven't
behaved inappropriately so far during this entire discussion. I'm much less
interested in controversy than I am in bringing people together for the good of the
cause.

I deeply admire and respect Jim who's proven to be a stalwart for our cause.
Therefore, I can never bring myself to ever behave disrespectfully towards him (and if
I ever have, Jim, here goes my public plea for your forgiveness), despite his stance
on the subject of legislation.

It goes without saying that I also respect Bill. While I do remember us 'clashing'
sometime ago, I still believe we've done it in a civilized manner, despite some heated
moments.

Finally, as for Eddie and Andy I can only say that I understand their frustration, but
that I've actually been trying more to be a 'firefighter' than to plunge more fuel
into the fire.

All the above having been said makes me even more puzzled by Joe's unfortunate
reaction. Hopefully he'll be able to clarify himself the next time he responds.

In conclusion, I just hope that we can go back to focusing on what really matters: to
find means to advance our cause, hopefully after we can straighten some things out
about this group of ours... ;-)
