We visited an Oriental Market (their term) yesterday and I saw a
mishmash. On a package of Ramen noodles with all of the writing in
Korean, I saw "550cc" (550 mL of water, I'm sure) and "2-3/4"
something-or-others in Korean (undoubtedly cups of water). The mass of
the package's contents was 120 g.

I saw things labeled in metric only, ifp only, and a mixture. A can of
"boiled white nuts in water" from the People's Republic of China
contained 14 oz. and the appropriate number of grams was listed with
that. A bag of malt powder held 2 lb with no metric markings unless
buried in the Chinese or Japanese (I forget which, but think it was the
former).
