Their big argument always seems to be that their
customers don't understand metric units.  

The more they use them, the more they'll understand
them.  

Many Brits didn't understand decimalized currency
at first, but I doubt a majority of them would want
to change back to change back to the old system.

Why don't the metric martyrs admit the real reason.
They don't want to change because they just don't
like change.
