While looking for a group Christmas gift for my boss, I came across a 18 V-dc cordless-electric drill made by (or for) Champion Quality Tool Products.  It was "valued" at 79.79 $, but the closeout store had it for 29.95 $.

The features per the box are:

Voltage: 18 V
Keyless chuck: 10 mm
No load speed: 0-700 r/min
Max torque: 10.00 Nm
6 Torque settings
AC/DC adapter

The six drill bits it comes with are 1 thru 6 mm.  The labelling uses international symbols and are SI.  It even has the CE mark, indicating it was made for world-wide use.

It is made in China.
