I don't know if these are still available as they were published in the
1970s and the Australian Metric Conversion Board finished its work in the
early 1980s.
You might try to find them at the Australian National Standards Commission
at:
www.nsc.gov.au
>From memory, they were small pamphlets of some 4 to 16 pages that I found
quite useful at the time.
