The model 323 is not mentioned on their website. Perhaps it is no longer made and availability is just from inventory now. That might explain the lack of US distribution. Pat did say that hers was a few years old. The model 306 has a very similar specification, so perhaps that is the current equivalent. It is certainly more compact. Incidentally, are the UK pounds and ounces valid in Canada and the US? If not, then the scales will be misleading. If you ever intend using that mode, of course. That may be another reason for not distributing it in the US. The model 302 is exactly the same as the model 306 except for the max weight. And the model 300 is probably targeted at the kitchen. It is and battery only and low cost. I am intrigued that you find it difficult to get decent dual unit scales in Canada. I would have thought that Canada and the UK would be the biggest markets for dual unit scales. If you are only interested in metric scales, then my curiosity is doubled. -- Terry Simpson Human Factors Consultant [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.connected-systems.com Phone: +44 7850 511794
