absolutely not common, but often in Spain

I've been to spain last week and what I saw emberassed me a lot!

following things I've seen:

Kg, Kg., Kgs, Kgs., KG, Km, Km., Kms., Kj, Kcal, KW, mts.

and 20:15, 20.15, 20,15 and 20'15 for time notation

small k was less used

it seems spain has absolutely now idea about the prefixes
