This is definitely outrageous!  :-(  I've been witnessing a lot of such trash 
happening in Brazil lately, thanks to US imposition.  I guess I'll have to come up 
with some strategies to tackle this just like I did with the initial wave of the foot 
crap for sizes of waves which NEVER happened over there before (fortunately, this is 
good news, as I was able to successfully convince quite a few of the Brazilian sites 
to simply ditch the ft thing!  ;-)  ).

Last word, it should be 'quarteirco' (with the 'i' between the e and the r, I don't 
know why this was missing.  Perhaps though they may have decided to bastardize our 
legitimate word quarteirco, which simply means a "block, as of the street block").
