The graphic came onto my computer as Ariel.  Microsoft only uses Helvetica.  Another giveaway.  cm

If anyone gets this page supposedly from microsoft, do not open the attachment.

 

It is a front for a virus.  The attachment contains the Sven-A virus.

 

Delete it at once.
