I am attaching this as a file for other 'friends of metrication' too. This is about 40 Kb.
The PURPOSE:
Yes, it may be used to popularise the SI cause - including Time, of course. This is in FOUR equal divisions. The right top corner for 'individual countriy's flag' with National emblum below placed in the centre of 'right' corner below. I palced the Metric Time insignia in the 'left 50%' of the flag. This is self explanatory otherwise.
I hope you and friends like it, as a tool for popularisation of SI in US.
