You could say dizaine.

The english word dozen is a corruption of the french word douzaine. Although
english has a style for changing twelve to twelfth and ten to tenth, it does
not have a predictable style for changing twelve to dozen etc. The french
have:

Ten (dix) -> dizaine
twelve (douze) -> douzaine
fifteen (quinze) -> quinzaine
twenty (vingt) -> vingtaine
hundred (cent) -> centaine
