Hee Hee. I think they will keep trying as long as they think there are people dumber then themselves who would believe the foolishness.
Since the average British person has experienced metric in the market place and has not come across such nonsense in the past and present one can only hope they will realise that the same logic will apply on the roads. The anti-metric brigade knows they are losing the war and are so desperate they have taken to physical activism in their formation of ARM. I'm surprised the authorities don't see this group as a threat and start arresting them and charging them with terrorism. Euric > YYAAAAAAAWWWWWWNNNNNNN!! > > That's better. Ho - Hum!! Just how many times are they going to use this ever-so-boring technique of not sensibly rounding up to the nearest ten? One of the most fundamental lessons of mathematics? > > If this is all the anti-metric brigade have in their armoury, then I think we can sleep fairly soundly in our beds for some time to come. >
