True, but it is significant that the Telegraph is one of the most influential
papers in Northern Ireland. It is also a pro-Unionist publication, so their
metric stance cannot be dismissed as a politically motivated one
(as for example, a similar article in say An Phoblacht could be).

It is certainly heartening to see this opinion expressed.
