[USMA:36022] Brazilian notebook

I bought a notebook at one of the papelarias in Belo Horizonte. It says it's 
140*200 mm. I measured it at 141*203. If they meant 141.214*200, it isn't one 
of the standard sizes, but it is the right ratio.
