You simply *must* ask them to clarify:  Are those avoirdupois ounces, 
apothecary ounces, or troy ounces?  Odds are they won't have a clue, and 
then you can hit 'em with: "If you'd list them in liters, *everyone* would 
know how much is in the bottles!"  :-)  --  Jason
