Saunas often go to 100 degrees Celsius, but people stay only there for a short
time and they are naked; then they jump in a cold lake, pond or stream. People
with heart problems are advised to steer well clear of saunas. But 40 degrees
for hours on end end and then the expectation of more of those days is indeed
frying.
