  I received several inquiries concerning the SI units in global warming. Also, 
for an update of the ~20 years old data.
  I am attaching an Excel spreadsheet for those who are interested. It shows 
the conversion from METRIC units to the those among SI units that are most 
convenient for comparisons. Conversions from the mess of the I-P units is 
beyond the scope of this note. 
  For the update, I am using data from the 2007 March/April issue of Technology 
Review for the conversions, and data from Wikipedia for the 2006 electricity 
consumption in the US.
